The New Menu Is Here

Our menu has been updated!

Our talented team has refreshed the menu with a range of new dishes, wines, and cocktails – all with the same focus on great ingredients, flavour, and craftsmanship that MASH is known for.

The new menu includes a rich seafood bisque with fennel, chives, and green oil – which can be elevated even further with sautéed Madagascar prawns. You can also start the evening with a lobster hot dog with butter-poached lobster, baby gem lettuce, crispy potato, avocado, and herbs, or a carpaccio of Madagascar prawns.

When it comes to main courses, there is naturally still a strong focus on steaks – with cuts from Denmark, Uruguay, the USA, Canada, and Ireland. The menu also features other new dishes, such as beef short ribs with glazed, tangy salad and lemon gremolata, or bone-in baked turbot.

For dessert, you can look forward to our Key Lime Pie with crème chantilly, lime zest, and lemon sorbet, a classic crème brûlée, or a chocolate fondant with a molten centre, served with rum-marinated pineapple and vanilla ice cream.

… … And this is still only a small selection. The new menu features many more delicious dishes – both from the kitchen and behind the bar, where new cocktails and carefully selected wines have also been added to the menu.
