MASH celebrates one year in Odense by launching a delicious competition
The Steakhouse restaurant on Flakhaven celebrates its one year anniversay by giving away a birthday dinner for 10 people at MASH.
On December 6th it’s exactly a year ago to the day, that MASH opened its doors with delicious cocktails, juicy steaks and great wines. The reception and interest from the inhabitants, politicians and businesses was overwhelming and gave MASH a great start to their adventure on Fyn.
– It has been an exciting and fun start here in Odense, where we’re learned a lot about the people of Odenses way of going out and dining. We have a strong concept with the best meat selection in town and cuts from all over the world, the biggest wine cellar with 600 different wines and a bartender, who makes cocktails out of this world, says Per Kristian Granly, Restaurant Manager at MASH Odense.
Local adaption of a strong concept
The MASH concept consists of a string of delicious starters before the main attraction, which are tender and tasty steaks with fries, sauces and sides – followed by sweet endings and cocktails in the bar, all of it in a modern and international design.
– We have gotten a lot of positive feedback on food, interior and wine. But we have also learned that some local adjustments were necessary to make us a right fit for Odense. Amongst other things, we decide on new, local dishes for the black board based on local produce and specialities from Fyn, says Claus Jørgensen, Head Chef at MASH Odense.
Birthday dinner and bubbles
MASH celebrates it’s anniversary in the days from December 3rd to December 6th. Everyone who eats at MASH during these days will get a lot, which will enter a draw for a dinner for 10 people, so the lucky winner can celebrate their next birthday in style*. On MASHs birthday, December 6th, all dining guests will be offered a glass of bubbles as a welcome toast.
– we have some beautiful private dining rooms, so it will without a doubt be a great birthday for the lucky winner. We hope as many people as possible will stop by to celebrate our birthday and enter the draw for the birthday dinner, says Per Kristian Granli.

MASH – Modern American Steakhouse – offers a large range of selected beef and cuts from cattle from USA, Uruguay, Australia, Germany, Japan and Denmkar. Guests can, amongst other things, taste the Danish dry-aged ribeye, which has matured for up to 90 days and gives the meat a unique character. flavour and tenderness.
