The day has come. The MASH menu has now changed and you can explore the new menu here on the website.
What has happened on the new menu? We have changed several of our starters, amongst others you can now start your dinner off with Cured Scallops with green asparagus or Razor Clam Tartare.
Our Charcuterie has been upgraded and now includes homemade sausages and seasonal specialities made with beef, pork and deer.
As a loving tribute to our newly closed sister restaurant, Umami, we also have Lobster Tempura as a starter – a must-try on the new menu!
Travel the world with MASH
As a new addition, you can now take a juicy journey on the menu. MASH World Tour Taste offers two people the opportunity to try several cuts at a great price.
The trip goes to Japan with our exclusive grade A5 Kobe beef, makes a stopover in America with the delicious N.Y. Strip and returns to Denmark with our signature cut, the Danish Dry-aged rib-eye.
Of course we still have a lot of classics on the menu, both amongst starters and mains.
An alternative ending
The Dessert Menu is also ready for the Summer months, for example with our Eton MASH made with marinated strawberries, rhubarb-strawberry sorbet, yoghurt and meringue.
Both before, during and after dinner you can explore our fresh new Cocktail- and Winelist – amongst other things, we have expanded our list of After Dinner Cocktails with our take on the classic Piña Colada. Yes, you might have to come by more than once to try all the new additions.
