At MASH we’re very proud of our selection and cuts. We’ve put all our energy into quality meat, amongst them the mythic Kobe meat – and we’re now the biggest importer of Kobe in the world. This is a title that commits. We want to give more people the opportunity to taste the incredible tender meat, which has reached cult status across the globe. 

This is why we’ve created a selection of Kobe dishes, which, from the 3rd to the 30th of October, can be found at a different MASH restaurant each week. With these specially designed dishes you can experience the Kobe meat the way it was intended and compare it to our own flavorful, Danish meat – and at a price you won’t find anywhere else.

You can taste the unique Kobe dishes here (both days incl.):

3.-9. oktober: MASH Bredgade
10.-16. oktober: MASH Penthouse
17.-23. oktober: MASH Skovriderkroen og MASH Rungsted Havn
24.-30. oktober: MASH Aarhus

The Kobe dishes are:

  • Kobe tartar stired with pickled wasabi leaves, shiso salt and baked egg yoke – 195 DKKR.
  • Kobe slider with avocado puré with soy, sesame oil, wasabi, pickled onions and salad – 295 DKKR.
  • Kobe A5 prime cut and Danish dry-aged cut, with a selection of delicious sides – 495 DKKR. 

All our Kobe meat is of course prime cut of the highest A5 quality and specially handpicked by Master of Wagyu, Hisato Hamada.

If you’re really craving Kobe you can get all three dishes for only 795 DKKR. We of course recommends this, so you get the full Kobe experience. The menu is only available for two people or more.
