The Danish Summer has arrived and at MASH we’re ready with delicious Summer dishes made with the best ingredients of the season – and of course with plenty of cold white wine and rosé.

At all our Danish restaurants you can explore our specials, available for a short period, developed by our skilled chefs using some of the best local and seasonal produce – or special cuts we don’t normally serve.  

Of course our menu also offers plenty of delightful starters, mains and desserts, which are perfect for the Danish Summer.

Try for example our new seared half lobster á l’Américaine and a fresh green salad, or go for a classic like our MASH Tartare or seared carpaccio. 

As a main you can choose between our many high quality cuts or explore the sea with our grilled sea bass. As usual we have plenty of delicious vegetables and sides to upgrade your meal with – make it greener, lighter, heavier or spicier! 

End the dinner with fresh Danish redcurrant and vanilla ice cream or try our classic MASH cheesecake with raspberry sorbet. You can find the whole menu here on our website.

And of course the Summer vibes extend to the bar, where you can dive into our Ginger Passion or quench your thirst with our MASH Margarita – or pick from our extensive wine list or try an ice cold MASH Pilsner. 

A Summer evening isn’t complete without a dinner at MASH, wether you’re visiting us in Aarhus, Odense, Nordsjælland or Copenhagen.
