General:

Personal data is all types of information which can be attributed back to you. When you visit our website, we collect and process your personal data to varying degrees. This occurs for instance when you sign up for a newsletter, participate in a competition or survey, as well as other types of use of our services or when making a purchase through the website.

We typically collect and process the following information: a unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP-address, geographical placement, and interests (which pages you click on). Provided you give written consent and submit the following information yourself, we can also process; Name, phone number, e-mail address, physical address, and payment information. This data is typically collected in the process of making a reservation.

Security:

We have a number of technical and organisational measures in place to ensure your data is not accidentally or illegally deleted, corrupted, lost, accessed, made public, misused or in other ways treated contrary to applicable law.

Purpose:

Data is used to identify you and to show you relevant advertisements, to register your purchases and payments, as well as in order to provide services such as newsletters. We also use data to optimise our services and content.

Period of storage:

Data is stored up to a period in accordance with applicable law and deleted when no longer required. The time period varies according to the type of information given, and the situation within which it has been provided to us. We are therefore unable to provide a general period of time wherein data is stored.

Data sharing: 

Data about how you use our website, such as which advertisements you see and interact with, your geographical positioning, gender and age is shared with third-parties, in the event that we are able to collect this data. You can see which third-party providers we share information with above, under “cookies”. The data is used to tailor ads. 

We use a number of third-party providers to store and process data. These providers exclusively process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use data for their own purposes. Sharing information such as name and e-mail address will only occur if you have given consent to share. We only utilise data processors in the EU or in other countries able to provide sufficient protection for your data.

Data protection:

According to the law, your personal data must be kept secure and confidential. At MASH, we abide by this law and continuously monitor and control that your data is being stored and processed correctly. There can be security risks associated with sending data online, and others may have illegally gained access to your electronic information. When you visit mashsteak.dk, mashsteak.de and/or mashsteak.co.uk, you provide information at your own risk. 

Personal information is deleted continuously when no longer relevant in order to provide services from MASH. 

Insight and complaints:

You always have the right to be informed what data we process about you. You can furthermore object to the data being utilised. You are also able to recall your consent to having personal data processed. If the data being processed is incorrect, you have the right to rectify or delete this data.
