Who is MASH?
MASH is short for Modern American Steak House and has existed since 2009, where we opened our first restaurant in Bredgade. Since then, we’ve expanded and currently consist of a chain of restaurants in Denmark and Germany.
Our ambition is to be one of the best steakhouses in the world, which is why we’re always looking for smiling and engaged colleagues that are eager to learn.

When you become a part of MASH, you also become part of The MASH Experience. That’s what we call the unique experience we provide to our guests every day.
The MASH Experience is achieved by every member of the team working together to create one great experience. This means we have a eye for detail and pride ourselves with completed even the smallest tasks perfectly.
RESPECT FOR OUR PRODUCE
Central to our menu is meat! But we also have a love of shellfish, fish and poultry, which we’ve made space for as well. The menu is changed 2-3 times a year and varies based on seasonal produce and the kitchen’s creative inclinations.
In the cellar we keep some of the worlds best wines and our bar shelves are stocked with a wide assortment of high quality spirits, heavily featuring the best to come out of America.
We emphasize an empowered and knowledgeable staff, capable of sharing their expertise with both guests and co-workers. For that reason, we have an online communications and training platform to ensure our staff stays up-to-date with new menu items and any changes in the workplace.
Our team is large and diverse, including both full-time and part-time employees with many different nationalities. So if you’d like to join our team, English is a plus.
