We have exacting standards, so in order to be considered for the position, it is crucial that you have mastered the basics.
About you:
- You LOVE cocktails – tasting them, talking about them and (not least) making them
- You’ve got the basics of classic cocktails and spirits down, and you’re excited to learn more
- You have experience working behind a bar or in a similar position with lots to do and contact with guests
- You’ve got an eye for details and you know, what is required to provide guests with a great experience
- Maybe you also have experience as a waiter – we would love that!

We’re looking for a new á la carte chef, preferably with grill experience.

MASH SEEKS ASSISTANT MANAGER FOR FLAGSHIP RESTAURANT IN BREDGADE
We are looking for an Assistant Manager who has the ability to create great experiences for both guests and staff. As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Restaurant Manager and the rest of the management team in running and developing one of Copenhagen’s most popular eateries – the original MASH in Bredgade – always with support from the rest of the Bredgade team and management.

About the job
Together with our Restaurant Manager Mikkel, to whom you also report, you will have an influence on the daily operations of the restaurant. You will be part of a team of a total of four Assistant Managers, who will act as the Restaurant Manager’s extended arm and have day-to-day management responsibility for a total of approximately 35 employees such as runners, waiters and hosts/waitresses.
The job is full-time and the working hours are divided between lunch and evening shifts as well as weekends.

MASH Bredgade seeks a chef de partie – Copenhagen
For our flagship restaurant on Bredgade in central Copenhagen we are looking for a fresh, skilled chef as chef de partie.
We have a very stable team of 10 people in the kitchen, both trainees and trained chefs. The menu changes 3 times a year, and we work with seasonal produce, such as white asparagus and prawns as table dishes. With the chalkboard dishes, we can also test-run new dishes for the next menu. The best will be on the menu at all 9 MASH restaurants in Denmark and Germany – and you are welcome to bring your ideas.
The steaks are of course our core product. We have been working with our own maturing methods for over 20 years and have a close cooperation with our suppliers. At MASH, every guest should be able to enjoy a delicious meal, which is why we also offer fish, poultry, seafood and vegetarian dishes.
