In 2016, we invaded idyllic Funen with our popular steakhouse when we opened our ninth restaurant in Odense. Here we offer a sumptuous selection of quality meat from various countries of origin and fantastic cuts. In our newly renovated premises in Bryggergården we are ready to spoil you every day of the week, for a delicious lunch or a cosy dinner.

Our restaurant in Odense has room for 110 diners, who can all enjoy the best of our menu, wine list and bar. On the menu you will find both appetizers and main courses, where you can choose from more than 10 cuts, as well as desserts. At the bar, you’ll find over 100 types of American whiskey, and our wine list is extensive and ambitious. We pick up the wines in our own wine cellar downstairs.

The lower level of our Odense restaurant is also set up for Private Dining in cozy surroundings. The view of the atmospheric wine cellar will embellish any dining experience and make the visit something very special and exclusive.

Odense’s steakhouse – a classic restaurant

The restaurant is located in the historic centre of Odense in the old brewery building, which we have newly renovated to reflect the restaurant we all love and know. Here we are ready to spoil you every day of the week – for lunch and dinner, for everyday and for life’s big and small celebrations.

We’ve long been a favourite steakhouse among Copenhageners and Aarhusers, so it was only natural to open our ninth restaurant in Odense. The mission was clear from the start, we wanted to give Odense and the rest of Funen a new and fantastic eatery centered around great taste and the best meat.

The best meat on Fyn

In our restaurant in Odense, the menu is built around meat. The steaks are cut from some of the world’s best cattle, and we are the only ones in Denmark licensed to sell genuine Kobe XO A5 quality.

You can choose a range of accompaniments to accompany the tasty meat, enhancing the steak in different ways. From truffle fries to macaroni and cheese, as well as flavoursome sauces such as the classic airy bearnaise or a powerful red wine sauce.

The star of the plate is, of course, the steak. Characterised by a beautiful marbling and always tender and juicy. We offer an extensive wine list that will make any wine lover’s heart soften. Enjoy a glass with your meal or start the evening at the bar in the restaurant in Odense.
