You don’t earn points when you buy gift cards.

Yes, you can. The amount you pay is converted into points that go into your member profile. Therefore, you can decide within the company who pays for what and how many points you each earn. Inform the staff if you want to split your bill.

Yes, in the app you can book a table for your next visit. You can also select your favourite restaurant so you can quickly and easily find the information you need.

Once you have selected your favourite restaurant, you will also receive special promotions and events from your favourite restaurant.

You can only book a table in the app. If you want to change or cancel your table reservation, please use the link in your confirmation email. Of course, you are always welcome to call us on +45 33 13 93 00.

You can decide how you want to pay and you can receive points regardless of which payment option you choose.

When you pay with payment cards that you have registered in the app, you will automatically receive your points.* You can register the following cards in the app: Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Kredit, Mastercard Debit, Mastercard Kredit, Maestro.

When paying with other payment methods (cash, gift cards, Apple Pay, MobilePay, or other card types), the restaurant staff must register your points for you by scanning your profile code under the ‘scan’ tab.

You can also register your Apple Pay account in the app, but you still need to be assigned your points by the staff.
It varies from bank to bank which cards your Apple Pay can be linked to.

You can have multiple payment cards linked to your member profile. For example, you can link both your company card and your private card and always receive benefits and points for the same member profile.

You can register and pay with Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard Debit, Mastercard Credit, Maestro.

You can pay with other payment cards than the above (e.g. American Express), but then the staff must manually assign your points by scanning your member profile.

If you have won a scratch card, quiz or prize draw, you will be able to see it in the app on the ‘Your special benefits’ page. If you have earned a giveaway on a punch card, your filled punch card will be visible until you have received the product.

Check with the waiter who will help you redeem your prizes in the restaurant.

Your points are valid for one year. The period is extended each time you earn new points.

Your prizes and awards can be found under ‘Your special benefits’ and are valid for 3 months.

MASH Loyalty Club is valid at our Danish restaurants, with the exception of MASH at Kastrup Airport. You cannot use the app and its benefits at the airport and abroad.

No, you can’t.

There is no limit to the size of the bill you can pay and register in the app.

However, you cannot register gift card purchases.

Yes, of course you can. The app can be used for all our serves, whether it’s a couple of cocktails, a brunch or a birthday party. The most important thing is that you use the app in the restaurant to earn and redeem your benefits.

The only purchase you do NOT earn benefits on is when you buy a gift card. Here you do not receive points and MASHback.

If you are under 18 years of age and have received a favour that contains alcohol, we will serve you an alternative. We act in accordance with the laws and declarations in Denmark that apply to serving alcohol in restaurants and bars to guests under the age of 18. You are also not allowed to redeem your benefit if there are others at the table over the age of 18.

If you are over 18 and do not drink alcohol, you can request a non-alcoholic alternative.

You cannot combine your benefits in the app with other discount programmes. If you have an agreement with MASH outside the app, it cannot be combined with your benefits in the MASH Loyalty Club app.
