Gift card terms

Gift cards at MASH
At MASH you can buy gift cards electronically or in our restaurants. If you buy an electronic gift card, it will be sent by email to you or the person you want to give it to. You can also choose to have the electronic gift card printed and sent by PostNord. In this case, the purchaser pays the shipping costs themselves.

The gift card must be legible
It is your own responsibility to ensure that the gift card is legible, i.e. the gift card must not be creased, bent or worn to such an extent that the QR code or magnetic stripe is illegible. If you have an electronic gift card, you are responsible for presenting it in a readable condition upon payment (i.e. having enough power and your screen must be in ‘good enough condition’ for the QR code to be readable). If the gift card cannot be read during the visit, it is your responsibility to pay the bill in another way.

Validity period
The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
For security reasons, MASH gift cards cannot be redeemed during the first 72 hours after purchase.

Lost gift cards are not replaced
A gift card is a bearer certificate – whoever has it can use it.
Lost gift cards will not be replaced.
