Our Summer menu is just around the corner and it’s time to get excited for crispy starters, thirst-quenching drinks and chilled desserts.

We’re focusing on this season’s best produce and the Summer menu is showing off the best from Danish fields – and quality cuts from around the world.
We won’t reveal all the new dishes just yet, but you’ll be able to enjoy some traditional Danish desserts along with some fresh starters, created by our chefs specifically for your summertime dinners.
Whether you prefer shellfish in the sun, juicy steaks in the shade or a delicious dessert in the sofa, there’w plenty to look forward to on the upcoming menu, including of course some of our classic favourites such as the tartare.
Seasonal specialties
You’ll still be able to sink your teeth into our ‘Special Cut’, which is a steak we can offer for a limited period only. We’ll also continue our ‘Seasonal Starter’, which is a seasonal dish which can change with the available produce and the chef’s creativity.
